Ralston Business Park was developed in response to the market demand for a condominiumized flex space. This project has a slight shift towards office use yet maintains the refined urban industrial imagery found in the surrounding developements. Using a site-cast, tilt-up concrete construction system provides the users an economical shell building system. The use of cast–in-place reveals and color allows each building to have a unique architectural identity. The aluminum storefront windows and rod-hung steel awnings complete this high-end industrial warehouse and office building.
